Buddy "Aces" Israel (Jeremy Piven) is a witness to the FBI has been targeted by the mobs. After the Feds shuttle Aces off to Lake Tahoe for safekeeping. The head of the mobs send out a bounty to anyone who bring him Aces's heart. An army of assassins swarms the tiny resort town looking to cash in on a prize hit. The assassins have no tie with each other and trying to over take each other to reach Aces first by killing off those who stand in the way.
